Today I am starting my spring clean body cleanse. Over the last 3-4 days I have been
cutting down on my caffeine intake to try and make it easier for the coming cleanse.
I am really looking forward to achieving the final outcome.
I am a person who has to have her hot drinks so Herbal tea is my new best friend.
I love the idea of eating healthier and cleaning out my gut and hopefully lose a
few kilos at the same time.This morning I thoroughly enjoyed my banana,
strawberries sprinkled with nuts.I do try and eat healthy all the time but my worst time
of day is in the afternoon where I either crave potato crisps or need a sugar fix.
I have nuts and dried fruit to help curb those cravings.
